Mom and Dad leave the Petes in charge of the house while they take a little vacation. The Petes originally planned to do the Wrigley 500 on their bikes but when Big Pete is distracted by a pretty girl, Little Pete feels jilted and sells the house to the Krechmars. A seemingly nice family that is mean enough to give the house back.
Allnighter
Little Pete, Wayne and Monica are called to the Principal's office and are forgotten. They are stuck in the school for the whole weekend! They find that the legendary slasher that roams the school at night is really just Roger, the nightguardsman who has a garden on the roof.
Apocalypse Pete
The Great Prank War between Dad and Mr. Hickle is one of the most memorable moments in Pete & Pete history. Highlights include the fiery crash of Mr. Hickle's toy car and Kenneth G. Keegan's attempts at relaying messages to Pete from Ellen.
Crisis in the Love Zone
Can it be? The entire town of Wellsville is hit by the fever. Love! It's up to Nona and tapes that Little Pete left for her to save everyone. But will she make it or be sucked into the love-fest herself?
Dance Fever
Little Pete tries to avoid dancing - his secret fear - by showing off his gut fludge at his first school dance. Meanwhile Nona tries to avoid her dad who is just too embarrassing for words. Wayne tries to hit on Monica who is "all folkadelic" as she tries to get her Krebscout patch in folk dancing. Little Pete decides his fear of dancing is less than his fear of Pitstain and has the last dance with Nona, saving her from her from having to dance with her father.
Das Bus
At Career Week, Big Pete decides to become a junior bus driver under Stu Benedict so he can be near Penelope Ghiruto, his latest crush.
Day of the Dot
Ellen becomes the dot of the "i" in "Squid" in the school marching band. The evil James Markle Jr. makes a play for Ellen and tries to destroy her friendship with Pete. My favorite scene has got to be the end when Ellen realizes that Pete wasn't trying to wreck the band and kisses him. Artie dancing on the football field is a nice touch.
Don't Tread on Pete
Big Pete forgets to study for his history test while little Pete fights the Revolutionary War by way of a dodgeball game against the oppressive Cornwallace and his minions. The best part of this episode is the dialog between Big Pete and his friends in the cafeteria.
Farewell, My Little Viking
The International Adult Conspiracy led by aluminum siding salesman and super villain, John McFlemp run Artie, the Strongest Man in the World, out of town. Little Pete stands up to bully Paper Cut in a game of rock-paper-scissors. Funniest scene here is Artie catching a paper throwing star in his mouth and then commenting on its flavor.
Field of Pete
The power of the Orange Lazarus first propels Big Pete and his team, The Prosthetics, to win after win. But then it nearly destroys baseball forever.
Hard Day's Pete
Little Pete never cared much about music until he discovered a garage band playing a tune on his way to school. Now it is his favorite song, but he is forgetting how it goes. Can little Pete get his song back? Syd Straw and Marshall Crenshaw guest star as members of Pete's newly formed band, "The Blowholes".

Big Pete is smited by the school schedule Gods when he has to take "shop". His attempts to do poorly and just skate by with a "C" are thwarted with Mr. Slurm's puts him on the team building the "special project" which turns out to be an air conditioner for Slurm's office.
Valentine Day's Massacre
Big Pete falls for his math teacher, and Open Face wants a to spoil the relationship by outing the accidental death of the school mascot (a squid). All's well when Open Face is foiled and the school janitor professes his love to Ms. Fingerwood with a perfectly dimensioned outline of a heart on the football field.

Pete, Pete & Ellen inadvertently scare Mr. Tastee out of town and try everything in their power to get him back!
